Website Details

The basic prices, offers and information printed in our brochure are valid at the time of publication and are based on the exchange rate of Sterling-Euro 1.135 published in the Financial Times on 11th April 2011. We reserve the right to increase or reduce these prices or amend these offers or information at any time after publication and in future editions of the brochure. You will be advised of any changes at the time of booking (if known at that time) or at any subsequent time up to 30 days before departure. In addition, we reserve the right to correct mistakes in advertised, quoted or confirmed prices. All our tours are subject to the availability of transport and accommodation.

Terms and Conditions
Our full terms and conditions will vary slightly depending on the type of tour you choose. Therefore, we will send you a comprehensive copy with your written quotation/provisional reservation for our short breaks and with your written quotation for our day trips, travel only and Christmas market options. They are also available on request at any time.

Useful Information

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is included in the price of our short breaks and is in any event non-refundable. For our other tours, we offer an optional travel insurance or alternatively, you can make your own arrangements provided that the resultant policy affords cover comparable to that offered by Dragons International. A detailed summary of our insurance cover will be sent to you with your quotation. It is also available on request at any time.

Passports, Visas and Health Requirements
British citizens travelling abroad must hold a valid personal passport or be included on a collective passport. The party leader must ensure that all participants, including adults, carry individual passports or are included on a collective passport and that non-British nationals have appropriate visas. For further information, please contact: www.ips.gov.uk/passport/index.asp Travellers from the United Kingdom to mainland Europe, who are eligible to free or reduced cost emergency medical treatment in the European Economic Area (EEA), will need a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). You can apply by telephone on 0845 606 2030, by picking up an application form from the Post Office or online on www.ehic.org.uk
