Description
An imposing 19th century Victorian country house set in 10 acres of landscaped gardens in beautiful
rural Staffordshire. Wood panelling, unique fireplaces and an impressive foyer create an ambience
which is stylish and welcoming.
Location: Pendrell Hall is situated two miles from the village of Codsall and approximately six
miles to the north-west of Wolverhampton, adjacent to the Staffordshire/Shropshire border.

Rooms for Pupils: Mostly 2 beds; Majority with shower or bath and WC; Ample shared facilities.
Tea and coffee making facilities.
Facilities
Indoor: Relaxation lounge with TV, library, games room with table-tennis and pool. Classrooms/meeting
rooms with interactive whiteboard and DVD playback facilities. Nine station computer suite.
Outdoor: Ample space for outdoor activities such as football and volleyball. Nine hole putting
green, croquet and bowls. Treasure hunts and number trails around the grounds are available.
The College has two observatories, one of which houses a Victorian telescope. Use of these
can be arranged.
Nearby: There is an 18-hole par 3 golf course with a floodlit driving range as well as a
Paintball centre opposite the college – supplement payable.
