Dragons International has the expertise and flexibility to arrange coach travel for your school exchange visits at competitive prices.

We can arrange coach transfers to and from your chosen destination or, alternatively, you may wish the coach and driver to remain with your group for the duration of your stay.

Town twinning partnerships and special interest tours also provide an excellent opportunity to improve language skills, experience the culture of another country and make lasting friendships.

REQUEST A QUOTATION

We welcome quotation requests from schools and groups in mainland England and Wales.

In order to assist us in preparing your quotation, we would appreciate the following information from you:

Full contact details
Estimated number of passengers
Departure and arrival points
Preferred method of channel crossing i.e. eurotunnel or ferry
Proposed dates of travel
Do you need to keep the coach?
A written quotation based on the information you have provided will be sent to you as quickly as possible together with a copy of our terms and conditions and details of our optional travel insurance. Our travel only quotations are based on a coach price as this type of trip is frequently subject to fluctuation in numbers.
We would also be pleased to arrange transport for your exchange partner in France, Germany or Belgium. Please ask them to contact us directly.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOOK?

On acceptance of our quotation in writing, you will receive our full confirmation pack including:

Confirmation letter and invoice (30% deposit is required on receipt of the confirmation pack with the balance payable one month before departure)
Personalised itinerary with dates, times and travel arrangements
Checklist, advice, safety information and notes for your group
Relevant forms for completion A complimentary copy of “Mon Echange Scolaire” or “Mein Austausch”, a useful booklet published by Malvern Language Guides.

Our full terms and conditions will vary slightly depending on the type of tour you choose. Therefore, we will send you a comprehensive copy with your written quotation/provisional reservation for our short breaks and with your written quotation for our day trips, travel only and Christmas market options. They are also available on request at any time.
